These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili611 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili611 website located at jili611.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the Platform.

By accessing the jili611 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jili611 or any affiliate, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on the jili611 platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.

jili611 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To access real-money gaming features on jili611, you must create a player account by completing the registration process in full and providing accurate, truthful, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) player account only on the jili611 Platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jili611 will close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonus balances held across those accounts.

KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

jili611 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods approved for use on the Platform, including GCash, Maya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may be subject to reversal and investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by jili611 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your jili611 wallet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• jili611 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which jili611 accepts no responsibility.
• All balances on the jili611 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

jili611 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of this Agreement. In such cases, jili611 may be required to report the transaction to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities.

Withdrawal requests on jili611 are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your account KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

jili611 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for GCash and Maya withdrawals, and within 3–5 business days for bank transfers. Processing times are targets and not guaranteed; delays may occur during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

jili611 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering obligations and is not a reflection on the character of the player concerned.

jili611 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms and conditions as communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports betting may contribute a lesser percentage as stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in individual bonus terms.

All games available on the jili611 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

The results of all games on jili611 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. jili611 does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Each game result is independent of all previous results.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. jili611 will not reverse the outcome of bets that have been settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, jili611 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state or to settle the round in a fair manner. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, the wager may be returned to the player's balance.
• jili611 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that it was placed in error, that it was the result of a software fault, or that it was placed in conjunction with any form of cheating or collusion.
• Jackpot games are governed by the specific jackpot rules of the respective game provider. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili611 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software used to operate the Platform or its games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including making deposits with no genuine intention to gamble and then withdrawing funds to launder their origin.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to jili611 support immediately.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including the circumvention of a self-exclusion order.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

All content on the jili611 Platform — including but not limited to the jili611 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of jili611 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jili611.
• Use the jili611 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by jili611.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in an automated manner.

Any unauthorized use of jili611 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense under the Philippine Intellectual Property Code.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili611, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond jili611's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance you place on information, content, or promotional materials published on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits jili611's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jili611 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

By creating a jili611 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

jili611 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law enforcement, or our licensed payment processing and game provider partners acting under appropriate data processing agreements.

jili611 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• A request from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct may have all funds forfeited.

If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between you and jili611 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to jili611's gaming license and PAGCOR-regulated activities, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures shall apply in the first instance.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
